The short offer form asks for your name, phone number and city or ZIP code. The full estimate form asks for your installation address, with optional email and project notes. We use the city or ZIP to start your inquiry and confirm the full address during follow-up. If you contact us through chat, the conversation and contact details you provide may be included with your request so the team understands what you need.
Please avoid sending payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive information in a form, project note or chat message. The website estimate form does not collect a deposit or process payments.
How requests are handled
When live, the website uses service providers to help protect forms against spam, deliver requests and manage customer follow-up. These may include Cloudflare Turnstile, FormVault, the lead-alert service, Jobber and our customer-management system. Only configured services receive a request.
The website may record the page and traffic source that brought you here, including advertising identifiers when present. If analytics is enabled, it helps us understand page visits and events such as an estimate form starting or being submitted. Contact fields are not included in those analytics events. Browser storage remembers a dismissed seasonal offer for seven days, keeps it hidden after a successful request for the current browser session, and links an offer click to an estimate request for up to 30 minutes.
Calls, email and optional texts
Submitting an estimate request allows us to call or email about that request. Text-message consent is separate and optional; it is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, messages concern your estimate or lighting project. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Use the contact page to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask the team about deletion. The team may need to retain records needed to complete an existing project or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Preview and third-party links
Estimate requests are sent only when the form is enabled. A preview label concerns search visibility and does not by itself mean a form is disabled. Interactive planning tools such as the price calculator calculate on the page; they do not reserve an appointment, set a final quote or collect a deposit.
Links to state registration searches, our sister brand and display organizers take you to other websites. Their own privacy practices apply. Map tiles are supplied by a third-party map service if you choose to load the map.
