Confirm the whole seasonal plan
Your quote should record the color layout, actual strand length, installation date, takedown arrangements and storage. Ask what re-hanging the same layout will cost in later seasons, and confirm that price and the service coverage in writing.
Your Camas address alone does not determine the roofline length or mounting method. Include the main eaves, sloped gables, garage and porch that you actually want lit. The measure should check fascia condition, drip-edge material, access and power, and identify any work needed before lights can be installed.
What to share before your estimate
Tell us which edges you want lit: the front eave, garage, porch, side returns or peaks. Four daylight photos from ground level help us see your roofline. Mention gutter guards, gates and the location of your outdoor outlet.
If your property is part of an HOA, check its decoration and removal deadlines before choosing a layout. Include any access restrictions or approval dates in your request.
From the first bulb to January takedown
We supply Wintergreen C9 LEDs, with a clip on every bulb and no staples, nails or zip ties on gutters. Outdoor cords and a timer set for dusk to 11pm are included.
Installation is planned for October 15–December 10; takedown for January 2–15. Your quote confirms the actual dates. After removal, we test, label and store the lights. Reinstallation of our stored lights is $4.50 per foot.
