Start with the entrance everyone sees
A clear line of C9 lights can give a storefront, office or shared building a festive outline. We start by identifying the visible edges, the existing power and the access needed to install and remove the lights. Send photos and tell us which part of the property you want visitors to notice.
Commercial and HOA work is quoted for the actual property. The published first-installation rates are $6.50–$14 per foot according to the deposit payment date. A site visit confirms whether the proposed roofline work fits that scope and what needs separate consideration.
Coordinate the details once
Tell us about opening hours, deliveries, parking restrictions and any shared areas that need to stay clear. If a property manager, landlord or HOA must approve the layout, have that conversation before committing to an installation. The quote should identify the approved runs and the person who coordinates access.
We supply Wintergreen C9 LED lights, clips, outdoor cords and a timer. Colors range from warm white to multicolor and classic red-and-white or red-and-green combinations. Your written scope records the color scheme, measured length, deposit and agreed dates.
A seasonal plan includes January
Installation, takedown and storage are included. Our planned installation window is October 15–December 10; takedown is planned for January 2–15. Actual dates are agreed in your quote, with property access and availability taken into account.
We guarantee a fix within 48 hours for our lights during the season, weather permitting. When the season is over, the lights are taken down, tested, labeled and stored. Reinstallation is $4.50 per foot for our stored lights, with the next scope confirmed in writing.

We are not electricians and do not hold an electrical license. If the design requires an outlet or wiring work, a licensed electrician is arranged. Trees, freestanding decorations and other additions are separate requests for the team to review; they are not automatically included in roofline pricing.
How much does it cost to pay someone to put up Christmas lights?
Our 2026 first-installation rates are $6.50/ft before October 12, $8/ft October 12–November 4, $11/ft November 5–Thanksgiving (November 26), and $14/ft after Thanksgiving. Installation, takedown and storage are included. Your 50% deposit locks the applicable rate. Plus sales tax where applicable.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. We supply and own the commercial-grade Wintergreen C9 LED lights; you pay for the season. Choose warm white, pure white, red, green, blue, multicolor, red and white, or red and green.
Does the price include takedown and storage?
Yes. Installation, January takedown and storage are included. We test and label the lights before storing them. Reinstallation of our stored lights is $4.50/ft, with takedown and storage included.
What if a light stops working?
We guarantee a fix within 48 hours for our lights during the season, weather permitting.
When should I book Christmas light installation?
Earlier booking gives you more time to choose your layout and discuss dates. Installs are planned for October 15–December 10. Your written quote confirms the actual installation date; paying the 50% deposit locks your rate, even when installation is in a later price window.
